Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with Emflowerment. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

No Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Emflowerment does not offer refunds on any floral products or services.

In the event of a quality issue on delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds will not be issued.

Cancellations

Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refund.

Weddings & Funerals

Wedding and funeral florals are custom ordered and time-sensitive.

  • All wedding and funeral orders are non-refundable.

  • A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure event dates.

  • Once flowers have been ordered or preparation has commenced, cancellations or changes are not eligible for refund or credit.

  • Event changes or postponements may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Seasonal Availability & Substitutions

Flower availability varies due to seasonality and market conditions. Where necessary, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and quality of the arrangement.

Delivery

  • Accurate delivery details must be provided at checkout.

  • Emflowerment is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

  • Redelivery fees may apply.

Care Instructions

Flowers are a natural, perishable product. Emflowerment is not responsible for the condition of flowers once they have been delivered and accepted, provided they were delivered in good condition.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content created by Emflowerment remain the property of Emflowerment and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emflowerment is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
