Refund Policy

At Emflowerment, all arrangements are made fresh to order and handled with the utmost care. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our flowers, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Fresh Flower Orders

Once an order has been prepared or delivered, it is non-refundable.

If your flowers arrive damaged or there is a clear quality issue on delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review the concern. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement arrangement or store credit. Refunds will not be issued.

Custom & Made-to-Order Arrangements

All custom designs, event florals, sympathy flowers, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be refunded or cancelled once work has commenced.

Cancellations

Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refund.

Delivery Issues

Emflowerment is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied at checkout. These orders are not eligible for refund. Redelivery fees may apply.

Seasonal Availability

Flower varieties are subject to seasonal and market availability. Where necessary, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to maintain the overall style, colour palette, and quality of the arrangement.

Wedding & Funeral Cancellation Policy

At Emflowerment, wedding and funeral florals are carefully planned and ordered specifically for each event. For this reason, we have a separate cancellation policy for these services.

Weddings

  • Wedding floral bookings are non-refundable.

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.

  • Once flower orders have been placed or preparation has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for refund or credit.

  • Final numbers and details must be confirmed by the agreed date. Changes requested after this time may not be possible.

Funerals & Sympathy Flowers

  • Funeral and sympathy arrangements are non-refundable due to the time-sensitive and custom nature of these orders.

  • Once an order is confirmed, flowers are sourced specifically for the service and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • In the event of a significant error on our part, Emflowerment may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Event Changes or Cancellations

If an event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we will work with you to apply your order to a future date or offer store credit. This is assessed case by case and is not guaranteed.
